ABOUT ME

I graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences (Neuroscience Track) & Psychology with the intent to study the biological blueprints connecting habituation, self-control, and impulsivity. This includes the pieces that disrupt those connections: addiction, neuroplasticity, and more.

With future aspirations of attending graduate school to obtain a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and/or Psychology, my research experiences extend from nanotechnology to computational neuroscience. Under my research and work positions, I have developed my strongest assets in conducting research, project management, and public speaking.

My vision for the future is to inspire low-income and underrepresented students to pursue neuroscience and STEM careers. Today, I have made steps toward my vision as a STEM Ambassador, Peer Mentor, and Peer Advisor.
